As an incentive for purchasing the latest Norah Jones album, Not Too Late, Hip Digital worked with HMV and EMI Canada to distribute 30,000 promotional downloads to HMV customers. Customers who purchased the album at HMV Locations found an insert in the CD Case containing a pin code and a web address directing them to a branded website for fulfillment. The site allowed users to enter their unique pin, preview the track, and download the song all within seconds. The song they received was an exclusive track not found on any of Norah Jones' albums.
