To increase mile redemptions, Aeroplan looked to offer loyalty members who redeemed their miles for an Aeroplan Music Store music code the chance to win an exclusive experience with a marquee music artist.

Hip Digital sourced an exclusive experiential prize with Warner Music artist Michael Buble. Aeroplan members were given the chance to win a trip to Paris to see Michael Buble perform live in Paris, including flights & accommodation, and a meet and greet opportunity.
Results:
During the campaign, visits to the Aeroplan Music Store increased by 31%, mile redemptions increased by 40%, and Music Store downloads increased by 33%.
