Scott H. Ray, Loyalty & CRM Advisor
Scott Ray is Managing Director of SCENE, Canada's only entertainment centred loyalty program. He has served as a senior business development strategist with clients in a variety of Industries. Ray has an extensive background in expanding opportunities for industry leading companies such as Aeroplan, Maritz, Olympia & York, and IBM. Ray's diverse background and experiences in the Loyalty & Incentives industry have instrumentally expanded new markets, uncovered new recurring revenue streams and materially increased market valuation for the companies he has worked with. He has over 30 years of experience planning and executing strategic revenue growth plans for both B2B and B2C businesses including technology, real estate, entertainment, consumer goods and travel.

Ray has lead SCENE to achieving over 200% of its member growth target in its first year. Ray recently led the Aeroplan NBD team through the transition from a pure airline frequent flyer program to one Canada's largest retail loyalty coalitions; positioning the company for a successful $2.5B IPO. In addition he held the position of VP Channel Effectiveness with Maritz, the world's largest source of integrated loyalty, performance improvement, incentive travel, and market research services. Previous to Maritz, Ray has held senior executive positions with Mirvish Productions, Campeau Corporation and Olympia & York's Reichmann family. He also launched the first stored value cards in Canada as GM of American Express Incentive Services and pioneered IBM's first forays in Retail with IBM Product Centres.
